My wife Barb and I are both retired, I was in medical sales (pacemakers) and she was a surgical nurse. I'm a native San Diegan while Barb is from Boone, Indiana.
We met in an operating room while working Alvarado Hospital.
My automotive skills are next to none but Barb worked on cars for 20 years as a mechanic assistant. I had 2 Chevys in college including a '55 210 V8 and an all black '56 convertible. Barb had a '56 210 her last 2 years of high school, that's when we became interested in tri-fives. Our future plans are to continue remodeling our 5 year old home on the inside to the arts and crafts mission 1920's era. We love to travel and plan to see the world and enjoy our Chevy by cruising. If we're not cruising then we're at estate sales, antiquing or looking at Bungalow Houses. We would like to attend car shows all over the USA.
